Installed complete HVAC system in my home. Install team did a great job. They had to do a little extra work in order to make system fit in attic but made sure that structural integrity was not compromised. Was low on ac refrigerant and needed a diagnostic done . After everything was finished the bill was a little bit more than I was hoping the bill would be but well worth to me I guess for a company that sticks to their schedule and showed up on time especially with thunderstorms rolling in, their technician was still willing to get this done for us. Had another company that offered to do this earlier but after 3 failed rescheduled appointments I figured that was enough and I will stick with Berkeley heating and AC. Berkeley County Heating and Air was not only 10 x more professional on the phone then any other company I’ve dealt with but their technician was fantastic a true SME. Two other companies had failed to diagnose a problem with the AC after 3 weeks and 7 different visits with over 1200 dollars in parts on order. Carl showed up and in 15 minutes flat diagnosed and fixed the issue and thoroughly explained everything to me afterwards. He was polite, professional and very helpful. From now on I will be starting all my HVAC issues with Berkeley county heating and air and Carl. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.Part 2 Ruth and Carl have absolutely crushed our hvac needs and were so flexible and accommodating will never be using a company other than this. Read Less

My home had to undergo a mold remediation and we were told that a whole house dehumidifier would help with the mold problem. The owner of Berkeley Heating and Air came to my house to view the situation, the layout of attic space for installation and to answer my many questions about the dehumidifier. Gordon was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the dehumidifier and even drew how the installation would look and set up the appointment for installation. Alex and Whitney came Friday morning to install my whole house dehumidifier and spent most of the day on the installation. They were very courteous and professional as they worked. They also spent time answering my questions and explaining the process. They treated my home as their own and were efficient with their time; they were always working.
